The BOND PROGRAM 2005 is now in the final completion phase of construction.
Construction started with the Work for Southwest Junior High School shortly after the Construction Contracts were signed on January 16, 2006. This project has been completed.
Construction started at Central Junior High School and at West Junior High School shortly after the Construction Contracts were signed February 28, 2006. These two Projects are complete
Construction started at Lawrence High School and Lawrence Free State High School shortly after the Construction Contracts were signed April 24, 2006. These two projects are complete.
Construction started at the Broken Arrow Elementary/ South Junior High School project shortly after the Construction Contracts were signed April 10, 2006. The Broken Arrow Elementary School project is complete and the South Junior High School project is about 99% complete. The existing junior high school has been demolished. The remaining completion work to be done and currently being accomplished is the Main Gym floor finish and the placement of the asphalt at the South JHS parking lot. The Main Gym is expected to be occupied by the School on December 17, 2007. The School should be able to park on the new asphalt December 17, 2007. The synthetic surface for the reconfigured track will have to be accomplished next spring as the overnight temperature is to low to apply the synthetic surface. |
